Until NPA’s most recent site-update, their web presence was lacking a professional design input, although the sites were functional. The last update addressed this issue but, although easier on the eye, was far from search engine friendly. This plus a confusing navigation system resulted in a marked decrease in enquiries and an increase in bounce rate from the site.
The goal of the new site was address the ease-of-navigation issue, increase enquiries and to create an online experience for the user that led them logically through the site.
The site has a well-designed double menu system, showcase front-page gallery, clean typography throughout, simple enquiry/contact forms and an updated palette of the NPA’ colours.
