monthly retainer packages
Due to the success of monthly agreements with some of our customers, we have decided to offer these as payment package options to everyone.
A monthly retainer agreement is a written document and a mutually beneficial exchange of monies and services, between us and you. The retainer is pre-paid through a recurring PayPal transaction.
The retainer agreement allows you to purchase a set number of hours per month, engaging our services over a period of time.
Making a retainer agreement represents a higher level of commitment from both parties to an ongoing working partnership that supports successful outcomes, such as increased website traffic, growing an email list, growing sales, improving social media reach, etc.

- Website and blog improvement, backups and maintenance
- Social Media website syncing
- Graphic design for web and print
- Email marketing and enhancement
- Basic Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Google Adsense account checking
- Google Analytics analysis
We offer the following monthly retainer packages:

New sites and web application, such as WordPress, installation and setups is not included unless prior agreed.
Services not included in a monthly retainer must be purchased separately. Quotations will be provided.
Retainers must be paid in advance at the beginning of the month and any hours worked over the monthly amount will be invoiced to the client at an hourly rate the following month.
Unused contracted hours cannot be carried over to subsequent months.
Retainers have a minimum commitment of 6 months.
